Come and March in Seafair’s Oldest Kiddies Parade!!  This will be the 60th annual parade.  Join the Seafair Clowns and their familiies as well as floats, marching bands, dancers, pirates, fire trucks, and much more for this fun event.   This event is all about kids and for kids.   Any child is welcome to join in the parade with or without costume or just come and watch for fun.

Families, groups and individuals are invited to participate in Wallingford’s 2009 Seafair Kiddies Parade. Our theme: Boys and Girls on Parade.  Organize your block or community group into a simple, themed ensemble. Participants are invited to wear costumes, hats and grand ensembles of all descriptions.   Consider wearing costumes from different parts of history.   Think Globally!   Or, just bring garlands of marigolds, other flowers, and colorful streamers for a celebratory touch.  We also want to encourage “original” Wallingford kids who may have a few gray hairs but still feel young at heart.  Did you grow up in the neighborhood, marching in the parade?  If so, we want you there to help us celebrate! Call some of your old friends, or come by yourself.  A group will be assembled that morning.
